Sycamore has a very spacious layout. We chose to have a zip and link bed. Providing guests with either the option of a superking or twin configurations, offering greater flexibility on sleeping arrangements for guests staying in our accommodation. 

We hope that guests will enjoy a comfortable nights sleep here at The Elms Holiday Home. We have provided a lovely deep mattress for ultimate  relaxation and comfort.

With it's spacious layout Sycamore can easily turn into a twin room without too much detriment to it's space or style.

Sycamore is visually appealing with a charming traditional fireplace, indicative to the age of The Elms.

And we have styled the room accordingly with an old-fashioned decorative wardrobe, ample room for guests to hang clothes and store belongings.  

 Sycamore has the added bonus of a delightful private En-Suite shower room.

We have incorporated modern fittings and fixtures that includes 

a touch sensor mirror with defrosting system, illuminated led light and shaver socket. Bluetooth connection if you wish to listen to your music and underfloor heating.

We have provided guests with Handwash, Hair and Body Wash, and Conditioner.

Each guest staying in our self-catering accommodation will be provided with hand towels, bath towels, and bath sheets.

Experience the ultimate in relaxation and comfort. Douglas designed in a sophisticated colour palette with neutral muted tones, creating balance and harmony. Bedside lights offering soft lighting for those wishing to relax or read a book.

We found a lovely old-fashioned dark wood wardrobe and this sits dramatically, giving the room a sense of grandeur of a stately Georgian home. Ample room for guests to hang clothes and store belongings.

 Cedar, bedroom 3 has a very spacious layout. Giving us the opportunity to place bunk beds in the room without loosing too much valuable space. Creating a lovely family room with a comfortable bed for mum and dad and bunks for their children or as twin beds sharing with other siblings. 

For better usability we also chose to have a zip and link bed here. Guests can either opt for a superking or twin beds. Setting us apart from other self-catering accommodations. We have tried not to loose any charm by including a family room into our holiday home, so have carefully incorporated a lovely timeless and sophisticated rich burgundy and golden hues into the soft furnishings.

Without loosing too much space Cedar can easily be prepared for single occupancy. Photo shows Cedar made up as a twin with bunk beds for children. Ideal for those multi-generational or mixed bookings wishing to holiday together.

Cedar is a light and airy room giving it a further sense of space. 

We have provided the family room with a large flat screen tv with firestick. Giving you access to your Netflix account and on demand tv. What could be better than putting the children to bed with a movie, whilst the adults enjoy each others company downstairs?

Guest staying at The Elms, including, the children will be provided with hand towels, bath towels, and bath sheets.

Cedar overlooks a neighbours lovely well tended garden.

The furniture was painted by myself to bring it up to a more modern shabby chic trend, reflecting the rooms individual  personality. With ample space for all guest staying in the family room to hang clothes and store guest belongings.
