We have made the very hard decision not to accept pets at The Elms Holiday Home. 

Facilities at The Elms have no extra charges. Book with confidence knowing there are no hidden extras.

Check-in time is from 4pm 

Check-out is 10am

Please respect these timings as I need this change over period in order to properly prepare the house for it's next guests.

The key will be left in our lock box. On the day you arrive we will provide you with a code for the lock box, this is located by The Elms back door. 

If you arrive after 10pm we kindly ask that you enter The Elms quietly.

Yes. Both Tesco and Morrisons offer a delivery service.

Bampton is just 2.3 miles from The Elms and offers shops, cafes, pubs and restaurant's. Tiverton is 9 miles away and has the bigger supermarkets and community hospital.

We have one CCTV camera located on the exterior wall on the back entrance to The Elms Holiday Home. Positioned to overlook the Car Park for security and safety purposes and does not capture more than is necessary. CCTV footage is stored securely and access restricted to authorised personnel. Footage is deleted on a regular basis both automatically and by authorized personnel, as required by law, and only accessible to those that need it for a legitimate/legal reason.
